Learn, Connect & Collect Your PFAS Sample Kit | Saturday, August 29 | 12-3 p.m. | Melbourne Public Library (Conference Room)

Join us in the Melbourne Public Library’s conference room to learn more about PFAS (“forever chemicals”) and how they may affect our water, health, and communities.

Enrolled study participants can stop by to pick up their PFAS sampling kits and receive instructions for collecting their tap water samples.

Interested in participating in the PFAS study? Come learn about the study, ask questions, and find out how you can get involved. We are recruiting households for a pilot study investigating the presence of PFAS (“forever chemicals”) in drinking water connected to Lake Washington, part of the Upper St. Johns River Basin. Participation requires collecting a one-time sample of your tap water.
