- 2004 | Neil Armingeon, the St. Johns Riverkeeper, is named Folio Weekly’s Person of the Year.
- 2005 | St. Johns Riverkeeper receives the CSX Lifetime Environmental Achievement Award.
- 2006 | The Northeast Florida Regional Council presents the Regional Award for Excellence in Environmental Stewardship to Neil Armingeon.
- 2006 | The Green Monster and Revenge of the River documentaries both receive first place honors at the national Awards for Reporting on the Environment.
- 2007 | St. Johns Riverkeeper receives the Zone VIII Conservation Award from the Garden Club of America.
- 2009 | St. Johns Riverkeeper receives the Florida Wildlife Federation’s Water Conservationist of the Year award.
- 2011 | The Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board presents the Christi P. Veleta Environmental Award to Neil Armingeon.
- 2011 | The Carol and Bob Grimes Environmental Activist Award is presented to Neil Armingeon.
- 2013 | St. Johns Riverkeeper receives the Keep Jacksonville Beautiful Organization Award.
- 2013 | Rising Tides, the young professionals group for St. Johns Riverkeeper, receives the Environmental Achievement Award from the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board.
- 2014 | St. Johns Riverkeeper receives the Ninah May Holden Cummer Award from the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens for building artful connections between people and the environment.
- 2009 – 2014 | Folio Weekly readers vote St. Johns Riverkeeper Best Local Environmental Activist.
- 2015 | Keep Jacksonville Beautiful presents the 2015 Jake Godbold Award to Executive Director Jimmy Orth.
- 2015 | St. Johns Riverkeeper’s education team is honored at the Jacksonville Mayor’s Environmental Awards luncheon.
- 2016 – 2017 | The City of Jacksonville presents Rising Tides with the Melody Starr Anne Bishop Community Service Award.
- 2018 | The Christi P. Veleta Environmental Award is presented by the Jacksonville Environmental Protection Board to Jimmy Orth.
- 2019 | Folio Weekly readers vote St. Johns Riverkeeper Best Local Environmental Activist.
- 2019 | Florida Times-Union Eve Award presented to Lisa Rinaman.
- 2022 | FOLIO Weekly awards St. Johns Riverkeeper their Best of Jax Award for Best Environmental Advocate.
