Land and Sea Cleanup with Girls Who Hike | Saturday, January 17 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. | Choose Your Location: Kirkpatrick Recreation Area, Kenwood Recreation Area, or Orange Springs Boat Ramp
Join Girls Who Hike FL, St. Johns Riverkeeper, Central Florida Recon, Marion County Parks and Recreation, and Marion County Litter Task Force for a cleanup in Putnam County! We’ll be at three different locations at the same time, so you can choose which location you want to help clean up. We’ll have grabbers, gloves and reflective vests, trash bags on site or bring your own.
- Kirkpatrick Recreation Area: 410 Rodman Dam Road, Palatka FL 32177
- Kenwood Recreation Area: 191 Kenwood Boat Ramp Road, Interlachen FL 32148
- Orange Springs Boat Ramp: 14525 NE 245th St. Road, Fort Mccoy, FL 32134
Join us at any of these locations on the river, along the banks of the river, and throughout our recreation area parking lots – we’ll enjoy a day of community, fresh air and working together.
