Join us at Tabula Rasa Brewing as we talk with John November, Executive Director of Public Trust for Conservation, about the importance of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and how it can be used to help protect and clean up the St. Johns River. In recognition of the 50th anniversary of this landmark legislation, we will discuss what has been accomplished since the CWA was enacted and what still must be done to fulfill its goal that all waters of the United States are “fishable” and “swimmable.”

This event is a part of St. Johns Riverkeeper’s River Rising series of conversations between Lisa Rinaman, the St. Johns Riverkeeper, and local experts to explore solutions to climate change, sea level rise, and the pollution problems threatening the health of our river and our communities.
