Pledge to paddle\, walk/hike\, bike\, or even swim 25 miles\, and rally your friends and family to support your journey. Every mile brings awareness\, every pledge fuels protection. \nHow It Works:\n\nSign Up: Register online\, create your fundraising page\, and set your goal.\nPledge Your Miles: Choose your adventure — paddle\, bike\, walk\, hike\, or even swim at least 25 miles. Choose to pledge 25 miles in honor of SJRK’s 25th anniversary\, or pledge 310 miles (the length of the St. Johns) if you’re up for a true challenge!\nRaise Support: Share your campaign with friends\, family\, and your network and ask them to pledge support for each mile you complete.\nTrack & Share: Post updates\, share your journey on social media\, use hashtag #25ForTheStJohns and tag @sjriverkeeper.\nCelebrate: Join us for the wrap-up event where we will celebrate the miles traveled and the impact made. DESCRIPTION:Art Bikes McCoys Creek Tour & Fundraiser | Sunday\, October 26 from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. | Tucker Cycles\nExplore the McCoys Creek watershed with us! We’re partnering with Art Bikes Jax\, a local electric bike (ebike) rental and tour company. They have generously offered to donate half of the proceeds from the tour to St. Johns Riverkeeper. \nMcCoys Creek\, which our volunteers (namely Rising Tides) have been working to clean up and restore on a monthly basis for more than 10 years\, has been undergoing a restoration project by the City of Jacksonville and Groundwork Jax since 2021. \nOn this unique ebike tour\, we’ll be showcasing the new basin at McCoys Creek along with other key shorelines in Avondale and Riverside. Come ride with us and see the newly restored McCoys Creek! \nAfter the bike tour\, we welcome you to meet back at Tucker Cycles in Avondale for a brew! \nRegister\nRegister here with Art Bikes. \nIf you would like to bring your own ebike\, please register here.
