2-Day Eco-Heritage Boat Trips

Sanford to Palatka: April 9 - 10, 2011
Join St. Johns Riverkeeper for a 2-day cruise along the St. Johns River between Palatka and Sanford, FL. Each day, passengers enjoy spectacular scenery, delicious lunches, fascinating speakers and historical re-enactors. We will stop along the way to visit interesting and beautiful places, such as Hontoon Island, Mount Royal, and Silver Glen Springs. Experience the true beauty and essence of the St. Johns River. Learn about its history, flora and fauna from authors, historians, and storytellers.
Cost: $325 per person
The trip includes boat travel, ground transportation, catered lunches, parking, speakers and overnight accommodations.

St. Johns River Boat Trips
Come aboard the Water Taxi for a guided tour along the St. Johns and learn about the history, ecology, and issues facing the river. Some trips include hands-on activities for kids. A donation is requested for some trips, and reservations may be required.
